Meet Sakichi Toyoda, Tami Sahara

Sakichi Toyoda and Tami Sahara are the grandparents of the late Shoichiro Toyoda – a famous Japanese business executive who served as chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation from 1992 to 1999, as well as chairman of the influential Japan Business Federation from 1994 to 1998.
He passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, from heart failure, at the age of 97.

Sakichi Toyoda is the grandfather of the late Shoichiro. He was a Japanese inventor and industrialist. He is the son of Ikichi Toyoda and Ei Toyoda. His mother was a farmer while his father was a sought-after carpenter. He happens to be the one who started the Toyoda family companies. He was born to his parents on February 14, 1867, in Kosai, Shizuoka, Japan but passed away on October 30, 1930, in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan.
Tami Sahara is the grandmother of the late Shoichiro. There is no further information about her since she decided to live a private life while she was alive.
