Sheehy INFINITI of Annapolis seeks a highly-skilled, polished, professional Internet Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. Business is better than ever, and we need someone who will keep up with the increasing demand while providing our customers with an extraordinary, best-in-class experience. We are looking for someone with a great, self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, including desking deals, strong internet skills, and a desire to succeed.

- Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads
- Appraise customer vehicles
- Monitor, respond, and develop internet leads
- Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication
- Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Receive credit applications (manually and online)
- Maintain CSI, gross average. and monthly units to dealership standards
- Must be familiar with CRM - eLead experience a plus
- Must have a minimum of one year in Automotive Sales Management
- Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and training skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver's license
